Games, TV, books
Today we played "Igel Aergern", "Amyitis", "Five Crowns", and "Cosmic Wimpout".
Somewhere in there Cat'r and Bunnicula went out for pizza and then did the grocery shopping. I phoned my sister, and we had a long conversation.
B., Cat'r, and I also watched two episodes of Joss Whedon's "Dollhouse", which is amazingly good! We're caught up now, for the moment.
I finished reading The Knitting Circle by Ann Hood. It was possibly the most depressing, tragedy-filled knitting-related book I've read *yet*. It follows the formula of every woman/man in the group has a tragedy in his/her past/present, but knitting and the bond of knitting friends saves each one.
I am now reading Counting Heads by David Marusek, which Cat'r loaned me. It's near-future science fiction revolving around people living almost forever and population control and more. Fascinating so far!
