Oral surgery...yet again
What the heck. I just posted this on Twitter:

I really really thought I was finished with the oral surgeon. But if things don't look better in a week or so, I'm going to go see him, see what *he* sees and if he thinks down the road I'm going to have to have a little snip here or there. :-(
