Coming to you from Starbucks
Well, we were having a doozy of a thunderstorm. I was talking on the CORDLESS phone to the Cat'r. Suddenly bright light, a "click", thunder, and all the power went off.
The power company says the electricity will be back on in two hours (from the time of the reporting of the outage). Bunnicula and I got a cab to the nearest Starbucks.
Our computers were off, so we don't have to worry about them when the power comes back on. We left the thermostat set at a low setting, so it'll get nice and cool (I hope) pretty quickly after the power comes back on.
Well, I'd better check the radar. ::sigh:: This is a great test run of my UMPC and the wireless keyboard!
