RPG!
Well, we had our first RPG meeting yesterday afternoon with Bebop and Baker! :-) It was pretty crowded up in our kitchen, but I think it's gonna work. They are fun people, and we had fun getting our characters mapped out and motivations talked about. We rolled our stats; but that is as far as we got this time, as we wanted to get going out to a gaming store.
So we all went out to Violet Vortex and looked at miniatures (and Bebop bought Cat'r's and mine for us--I think he's eventually going to paint them for us! Yow! Cool!). I bought two new sets of dice (Cat'r's dice do NOT like me! I rolled terribly low stats, right after Cat'r used them and rolled really GOOD stats! Bebop (the DM) had me do my stats a different way so I could be of *some* use to the party!). Back in the day when Bunnicula was DM'ing a game (briefly), I bought several beautiful sets of dice; but there were only six dice in a set back then. Now there are seven (two D10's, not just one). So I got the orange w/black ones (they look like honey amber to me) and these sorta lavender-ish ones too.
So we're meeting again in two weeks. Meanwhile, I need to draw a picture of my character--eep! I am a terrible "artist"! My character is Mattea Tiller, and she's a chaotic good cleric. But she doesn't want to be a cleric. :-P She's got some problems up ahead. :-D
