I'm trying to be sure to eat three meals a day, plus having 1/2 Ensure twice a day (I canNOT drink a whole bottle of that at once--too filling for me). I need to gain weight. ::sigh::

What I've done so far today: wash dishes and play "Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon". I still need to cook some beef later and process my little meals for the next few days.

Bunnicula is having to restructure his diet. The doc said yesterday B.'s got to cut down on salt, continue to watch the cholesterol, and lose some weight. His blood pressure was up, plus he had a little swelling in one ankle. Eep!

Rain tonight, possible storms. Cat'r didn't come up this weekend because he was invited to dinner with a friend/co-worker at his house. I don't know if they'll be able to barbecue in the backyard, as it looks like rain is on the way for their area.

Ooo ooo, Ratty phoned this afternoon--yay!

Okay, back to my meal.

Cat'r is at his friend's house. Fortunately they are already in the (finished) basement. There is a tornado watch there and I think a tornado warning. Cat'r forgot his cell phone, so he phoned me on his friend's cell, the number of which he gave me in case I would need to phone Cat'r.

I don't like scary weather. :-(

• 01:39 B. went to dr. today: has to watch salt, cholesterol, calories. Is on B.P. med., maybe only temporarily. Still, worried. #
