I went to bed about 8:30pm last night, didn't sleep very soundly, and was awakened by some kind of sound around 3am. It sounded sorta like a loud drip into a pan (which we have one of in the living room, because the roof still isn't fixed). I lay awake to see if it would happen again. Something like that did happen again in a minute.

Bunnicula and I both looked all over the house to see what it could've been. I even started wondering about rodents. =8-0

It sounded a lot like some of the strange sounds our frost-free refrigerator makes when it's in the defrost cycle. But it just defrosted right before I went to bed last night--it wouldn't do that again for about 24 hours.

So: I am soooo tired, but sorta afraid to go back to sleep. I'll wait until B. gets up at 9am, then get some more sleep.

I did knit a couple inches on the Choco-Cherry-Berry scarf and then about 10 rows on the lace & stripes washcloth I'm making.

I went back to bed from 9am to 12 noon. I need to go get some ... lunch, I guess it would be by now. ;-)

Egads, I played "Disney Fairies: TinkerBell" for HOURS today! Well, I hope Fairy Mary gives me lots of darts tomorrow for all the things I did!

• 08:25 Will wake Bunnicula in about 1/2 hour. Then I can get some more sleep. Was worried about weird sounds. He can listen and me sleep. #
