I've cut out the coupons, begun the grocery list(s), and straightened the bed.

I also put away all the fountain pens that were air-drying for the last couple days on the dinette table. That's Cat'r's desk when he's up here, so things have to be cleared off before he gets here.

Cat'r's not bringing his Eee this time--he'll use my laptop, which has a bigger screen, so all three of us can watch things on it. There's some Japanese program on Hulu that Cat'r wants us to see. :-)

Back to getting things done!

Our Nintendo Wiimote sleeves arrived today. That's gonna feel kinda weird, getting used to those! TOOK me long enough to order them! Nintendo offered them free over a year ago!

I went to New_Hope this afternoon--wow, a lot of brown flowers today. Lots of watering. I only found one "dig spot" today, which is weird. Usually there are three. The town is still perfect. I keep adding more flowers here and there every day. :-)

something called "Denpa Shonen". I know nothing about it yet. It's something Cat'r wants us to watch. It's on Hulu.

"Denpa Shonen" is a seriously weird (by Western standards) reality show.

We are watching two different ones:

One is about a woman who has to find the cheapest ingredients to create a meal each day. She draws a piece of paper with the meal of the day on it from a box, so it's totally random. She goes through all the sale flyers sent out each day to find the cheapest prices. Then she has to bicycle to the shops, over a 50-or-more-mile radius. If she manages to get the ingredients, she gets to cook the meal and eat it. If she doesn't get ALL of the ingredients, she goes hungry that day. Eep!

The other is a guy who is locked in a room with no clothes, no food, just supplies to help him enter contests to prove that a person can live off things you win as prizes. I am worried about how *thin* he is getting!

I am now very hungry! Time to eat! And the food is right there in the kitchen! I don't have to bicycle to get it or write postcards and hope I win it! :-P
