I was waiting for my counselor from Cancer Family Care to show up and just turned on the TV briefly around 2:30pm.

I learned (eventually) that Teddy Kennedy has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. They will be doing radiation and chemotherapy for it.

Really a shock. I don't know about you, but the Kennedys have been a part of the fabric of this country for a long time. What affects them affects us all, one way or another.

My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family and friends.
