It's after midnight...
so I'm going to make my post for the day now, in case we lose power. Here is what Daniel Johnson, a weather forecaster, had to say over on WKRC's Stormboard:
"The threat for snow and ice remains high and location dependent. John Gumm [WKRC meteorologist] made a great point about the ice threat earlier and I just looked over the 00Z GFS and 00Z NAM data. They both scream ice for CVG. This is scary considering all that ice can do. If the majority of the precip works its way in when temps aloft warm above freezing and surface temps stay at freezing or below, then watch out! That would be a setup for freezing rain."
If we lose power altogether, I might make a post via Utterz. But that will not show up here. You'll have to go to my Mouse Droppings blog or my Utterz page.
