We're okay + Cat'r's okay

At 1:15am the sirens went off here. In our county, if you are under a Tornado Watch, and then you get a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, the sirens are sounded. So I went and turned on the TV. One of the WKRC weathermen I trust, Tim Hedrick, was on. He said there were no tornado warnings, and explained what was about to come through and that it would be over in 1/2 hour.

So we went back to bed, although B. checked out the window a couple times. He said at one point the rain was so heavy he could not see the houses across the street.

I was shocked when I turned on the TV this morning and learned there are at least 44 confirmed fatalities from the storms in the states south and west of us. The damage is bad. This was a pretty serious outbreak of tornadoes, especially for this time of year. :-/ And it's still dangerous south and now east of us.

So I hope everyone stays safe. Tornadoes are just too scary. And dangerous.

Endless Ocean

I finally did all the exploring that Kat wanted of the Ancient Ruins. I also found all the nephrite bits so they could be pieced together and translated.

I am currently looking for a white dolphin. I think I might want to go back to the Pirate Ship too...maybe at night ::shiver::

In two days' time I will have an SD card. Then I can rip some classical music or something to use with the game in addition to the excellent Hayley Westenra tracks (but I don't want to get sick of those).

I need to set up a time with this one lady to see when she might want to dive together. That will be fun. It's the WiFi function in "Endless Ocean". I wonder where she'll want to explore...?
