Tomorrow stuff

(it's still Wednesday to me) Two things I need to do. Well, one need to, one want to: take down the Christmas decorations; and watch the Democratic debate in the evening.

Off to the matchbox.

Ever wish

you'd not written that inflammatory letter or post? And it comes back to bite you?

That's just happened to me. I know I've heard it said that you can write it, but hold onto it for a day and see if you still feel like sending it after that. But nooooo, I hit SEND.

This is not going to be pretty. :-/

Winter Storm Warning

And not the kind I like at *all*. This is not for snow. This is for ice. Heavy freezing rain this evening and overnight. ::sigh::

We'll have to keep it warm enough in here. I've already got our Coleman lantern out (it runs on batteries). B. is out. He's getting milk, among other things.

Trying to think of what else we should do...

Endless Ocean voice post etc.

Have a look/listen.

Penguins!

Yet another voice and pic post about "Endless Ocean". I hope this will whet your appetite for this game. :-) No, no affiliation with Nintendo. I just *love* this game!

Well, *that* went well!

This is a follow-up to this post.

After a couple messages back and forth, and realizing we had cultural differences which created some misunderstandings of the different uses of our common language, we have ended up on good ground and friends again. :-)

I am very pleased with this outcome. I always hate being on the outs with anyone; and I especially hate losing friends.

And next time, if I don't understand, I'll ask instead of getting all bent out of shape and yelling! :-P

Very good debate tonight

I really felt that this Democratic debate was *much* better: more civil and more unifying. We got to hear the differences in Hillary's and Obama's policies; but near the end of the debate I was starting to see the "dream ticket" before my eyes.

I'll probably vote for Hillary in our primary; but I could definitely go for either a Hillary/Obama or an Obama/Hillary ticket come November.
