Slept until 9am, then up and a quick breakfast. While the guys have been gone shopping for groceries and other necessities, I got finished cooking and cleaning up after. We have a small kitchen, well, not that large an apartment actually, so I needed to be finished in the kitchen and be out of the way by the time they come in with bags and bags of groceries and stuff. :-)

I DID IT! I got finished. Yay! :-)

Now I don't have anything else to do this weekend. I'll be free to play games, watch TV shows, whatever we all decide to do. :-)

And if I finish this post, which I think I will be able to, I'll have that out of the way too. That's for my Blog 365 challenge. :-) Post everyday for 365 days! Woohoo!

ETA: Oh yeah, and I talked first to Mama, then to my sister on the phone while eating breakfast. So then I REALLY had to get my scurry on! LOL!

Last night Cat'r and I watched "Torchwood", then we all played a foreshortened game of Hearts (Cat'r was very tired and hungry, so we didn't finish). I don't remember who was ahead when we quit.

After all the groceries were put away today, we played a beautiful version of traditional Carcassonne. This one is Carcassonne: The City. Cat'r borrowed this copy from a friend to see if we liked it. We did! We do! So at some point Cat'r will be buying a copy of it. I won, BTW. :-)

Then we played a fun fast-and-furious number-building card game called 8 1/2. We like this so much that Cat'r owns a copy and we own a copy too (so he doesn't have to transport it every week!). I was the big loser in this one. :-P

Now everyone is fixing him/herself lunch. Cat'r first, then Bunnicula, and then me. We all eat different kinds of foods, so it's every man errrr mouse for himself!

I think later we might watch some "Doctor Who" and "The Amazing Race" (still not caught up in this).

Cat'r and I watched an episode of "The Amazing Race". Getting more exciting all the time!

Then we all played: Knights (a dice-rolling/card game, which I won); Unexploded Cow (a fun Cheapass card game, which I also won); and Cosmic Wimpout (a dice-rolling game that we play OFTEN, which I did NOT win...in fact, I barely got into the game when it was over).

Cat'r is fixing pizza now. Soon we will watch an episode of "Doctor Who".
