when they come for you?
Okay, so we heard the police downstairs, pounding on a door, saying this guy's name, saying, "We know you're in there" and that they were going to break down the door if he didn't open it. Then one of the managers drove out from the office and brought keys to that apartment. The police went in, and we didn't hear any shouting or anything. A little later, I *thought* I heard an officer saying on his walkie-talkie or phone (I forget which) something about, "You won't believe this--another one" and then I thought I heard the word "suicide". That was at least two hours ago. They're still down there. I know, because the squad car is still out front. It's creepy thinking that there might be a dead body downstairs...At least no gunfire, though, thank goodness!
