CountryMouse's Refuge

Finally, a new entry in CountryMouse's Diary.

Today we celebrated Cat'r's birthday a day early, since he won't be here tomorrow (his actual birthday)--he'll be back down in Louisville at work. ::sigh::

Not a lot else: been knitting and crocheting, going to various groups when I feel like it ::grin::, buying far too many DVD series sets and movies. Etc.

Oh yeah, Ratty came down for a visit on Wednesday. He got some time off for good behaviour, errrrr Spring Break ::grin::. We were finally able to exchange Christmas presents! LOL! We sat around and chewed the fat and had a nice time. :-)

I knew I was right to work frantically on finishing that fuzzy/furry white scarf (done in Red Heart Kiss). I might knit a row or two more, but it's the length I want now (40 inches--just right for under a coat as a muffler). I also need to finish loom-knitting the matching LB Homespun hat. That will take maybe an hour or so to finish.

So they are saying we might get 3-5 inches of snow!! Yippee! I need a little more winter before we get into the spring and summer months!

The watch is for Monday evening through Tuesday evening.
