Ugh, a cold
I guess I got Cat'r's cold, although I thought he was mostly over it? So I got slight symptoms starting Wednesday evening, but it became full-blown last night. Today everything tastes like cardboard and I can't smell anything either. I think I am running a slight fever--the better to kill the invaders!
So I may have to reschedule my next-Friday appointment with my radiation oncologist. I don't know that I will be over this sufficiently for me to be safe around others with compromised immune systems. I need this appointment, as I probably have a cyst that's going to need to be dealt with (saw him about it in...February? he just said don't worry unless it gets bloody and keep my regular appt.). I guess he'll refer me to a surgeon. :-/ NOT looking forward to this.
