Cold in here
Because it has been down below freezing last night, never got out of the 40s today (Sunday still to me), and we have NO heat. Not even hot water going through the pipes in the walls or floor.
So I am wearing extra layers, including my Town and Country Poncho (mine looks just like this, as I used the same white yarn and everything). I have been using my two lapghans (lap robes) a LOT. I just dug out my thick arm warmers. I don't seem to need them right now--this poncho is nice and toasty. :-)
I *was* able to get a few photos of the dusting of snow that was out there this morning. Photos will be up eventually.
Note: Lion Brand Jiffy yarn gets softer after washing. Even without a fabric softener or dryer sheet (neither of which I can use).
