What's been happening
Friday afternoon I went for my doctor's appointment; then that evening Cat'r and I went to see Silver Arm, my FAVOURITE Celtic band, perform. Woohoo! Exciting, as always! :-)
Saturday I worked on my webpages (after getting up at NOON!).
Sunday (yesterday) it rained and lightninged and thundered all day, so using the computer was out of the question. In the afternoon Cat'r took me to WalMart, where I shopped for bath/spa goodies (scrubbies, back brushes, tote basket, over-the-showerhead shelves, etc.). I also quickly snapped up a new umbrella, since my windbreaker was not going to help in the heavier downpours (nor protect Cat'r). It's one of those umbrellas that folds up Really Tiny. And the colour/pattern is Le Jardin de Monet. Very pretty!
While we were in the store, Cat'r said, "Listen!". I thought it was the air conditioning system giving a dull roar. It was RAIN, thundering down onto the massive flat roof of the place! A little scary sounding...!
Last night we all watched "The X Files".
