Yesterday once more

I couldn't log onto LiveJournal last night, so I will fill in this morning.

Spent a lot of time at my computer yesterday morning, fiddling with my homepage and other diary.

Then the Cat'r came over in the afternoon. :-) I watched as he played out the other endings in "Shadow of Destiny". The EXtra ending (after he had gotten the A, B, C, D, and E endings) was really interesting. I am *not* going to say any more about it here, since it's a new game and that would be terribly spoilerific! But it was really cool! :-)

Supper and stuff. :-) We all watched "The Lone Gunmen", which is actually a very cute show. Those guys are very endearing in a geeky way. :-)

Bunnicula started playing Final Fantasy IX. It's my copy of the game AND my strategy guide, but I have never played it yet--I was so upset that you have to use the strategy guide in conjunction with their strategy stuff online. I canNOT see me running the full length of the apartment everytime I want to check something out. Of course, I *could* use Bunnicula's computer, which is in the living room, with the game systems...why didn't I think of this before? Oh well, I am playing "Paper Mario" at present. :-P

Hiding out

while Bunnicula does the heavy dusting and vacuuming in the bedroom (I am allergic). After that he will run the air cleaner. Then later I will go in and do "detailing". :-)

Not much to report--just reading LiveJournals. :-)

New friend, various stuffs

Got some laundry done this afternoon, then back to being a LiveJournal hound. :-P

Got a neat new Friend ([info]gooroo), all of whose back entries I am in the process of reading. It took me about 15 minutes to post one comment, though. LiveJournal is getting more and more overloaded, I think, during peak hours. I may have to wait until late tonight to post any more replies to comments to *my* comments. :-P

I wish I had signed up for a LJ paid account when I thought of it, right when I started my LJ. But then I thought, "I'll see how I like it first." And then quite soon after the IRS tax shock happened, followed almost immediately by the signing up with a credit counseling/debt management service. So we are on a strict budget, and I am not sure where I am going to get the $25 (the best bargain) for a year-long sub. to LiveJournal. Maybe later this year...but sooner would be better.

I should go get some (LATE) supper. Cat'r is not coming over tonight--he has to do laundry.

Okay, I did it :-)

I got a paid account. :-) Can't wait to see what other styles are available. Wish I knew more HTML, though, so I could do really cool things with it.

Comments to catch up on, etc. Feeling a twinge of melancholy with this music...It was used in the documentary "The Burning Times".
