Satin sheets...

Well, not really. We got new pillows and new pillowcases today. Doing lots of laundry. Nice fresh sheets and blankets and all tonight. :-)

Yesterday, when the Caterpillar and I went out, it was snowing. At first, it felt like little pellets hitting me. I looked down at my coat sleeve and saw tiny PERFECTLY-FORMED crystalline snowflakes. They were *beautiful*! I don't think I have ever seen snow like this before. What I am used to is big fat wet flakes, that melt on contact. This was such a marvel to me!

Cat'r is going to make me spend money: he played lots of neat audio clips for me yesterday. I kept saying, "Okay, now I have to get *that* CD..." So I need to get at least one of Noa's CDs; there is a full-length album of trespassers william I want; "Big Calm" by Morcheeba sounds good; I should probably get that Suzanne Vega import best-of CD; add to that the ones I am waiting to get: "Twilight" by BOA, "Lenses of Contact" by Mary Fahl (former lead singer for October Project), and "Totally Pokemon" (the latest music from the TV series).

I should go eat. I am not thinking well. I hope this is making sense...

Hail to the Chief

Forgot to mention: I watched a LOT of the Inauguration today, along with Stutz, my worldly-wise bear. He keeps up on current events. Although George W. Bush is not the person I wanted to see become President of the U.S., I am glad for our system of government that provides for a peaceful transfer of power, with some nice pomp and ceremony.

Okay okay, food.
